Registration data will be stored by Scientific Vendor Group for the purpose of retrieving information when attending future events.

Passwords are to remain confidential and are not to be shared by anyone.

Conditions for attendee prizes: (Not applicable at all locations) This website uses proprietary tracking software to determine your IP address, duration of use on the site and other tracking metrics. It’s the sole discretion of Scientific Vendor Group to determine who is eligible for prizes. Scientific Vendor Group will contact the winner of such prizes within 7 business days using the registration email on file, after the conclusion of the event. Prizes may vary at each of our events.

Scientific Vendor Group Online shall immediately honor requests to Unsubscribe or Delete data from our systems.
